Year 1 OTE: $57,500+
Year 2 OTE: $70,000+
Year 3 OTE: $85,000+

About Wooter Apparel
Wooter Apparel is a fast-growing custom sports apparel company that helps teams, leagues, schools, organizations, and businesses create fully custom uniforms, team gear, fan shops, and branded merchandise.
We are expanding our sales team at our new office in Bell Works NJ, one of the best office environments in New Jersey. You’ll be working out of an incredible building with restaurants, coffee, retail, events, fitness/wellness options, and a high-energy business community all under one roof.

What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Representative at Wooter, you’ll help sports organizations, schools, leagues, teams, and businesses order custom apparel through our platform.
You will:
Speak with inbound leads who requested information from Wooter
Call, text, and email potential customers
Learn what each customer needs and help build the right apparel package
Follow up with prospects and move deals through the sales pipeline
Work with our design and production teams to help customers get orders completed
Build long-term relationships with coaches, directors, business owners, and organizations
Develop into a confident sales professional with real earning potential

Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
Reliable transportation to Bell Works NJ in Holmdel
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to follow a sales process
No degree required
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
