Duties
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including various skincare treatments , dermabrasion, dermaplanning, and body waxing with precision and care
- Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and maintenance to ensure optimal results
- Demonstrate product demos and promote retail sales by highlighting benefits of skincare products and treatments
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations
- Assist clients with inquiries about treatments, services, and retail products in a friendly, professional manner
Experience
- Must have at least 1 Year prior experience as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with hands-on expertise in skincare treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing.
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain procedures and build rapport with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a clinical or spa environment
- Experience applying eyelash extensions, makeup are a Plus but not required.
- Ability to perform retail sales confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Previous experience demonstrating professionalism in a fast-paced setting is highly valued
