Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to service 4-7 Mobile dogs a day in a fast paced environment.
- Ideally work split schedule days or 3 or 4 10's.
- Must possess and maintain a clean driving record.
- Experience with larger grooming vans or willing to learn.
- Comfortable with all types/temperaments of pets: Large, Small, Nice, Nervous, etc.
- Understand dog behavior and leash control.
- Must be able to stand and be on your feet for periods of time.
- Communication with pets, pet owners, managers, teammates and customers.
- Must be coachable & willing to learn something new
- Must be able to troubleshoot & solve problems
Competitive Pay; hourly during van training period then switches to commission based on grooming experience.
Candidates can expect to make $50k-$85k++ depending on schedule.
