About the Role
As an Independent Contractor with ARC, Fayette, you will provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them build independence and stay connected to their communities.
Schedules are arranged directly with the participant and family, offering flexibility while providing meaningful, person-centered support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals in community activities and outings
- Assisting with hobbies, recreation, and volunteer opportunities
- Helping build social and daily living skills
- Providing support with personal routines and health needs as required
- Encouraging independence and positive relationships

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
