A Food and Beverage Supervisor performs leadership and organization tasks to ensure that team members work efficiently and effectively together to create great guest experience. Specific duties may include but not be limited to:

Assigning duties to team members based on role and skills

Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary

Manage employee conflicts and transgressions

Training new and current employees on tasks

Handling customer issues and managing conflicts

Interacting with customers and answering questions they may have

Adjusting schedules to coincide with guest traffic

Maintain inventory levels for kitchen staff, bartenders, and cleaning staff

Assist with training and evaluating employees
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards
Job Requirements:
Able to be on your feet for the entire shift. Flexibility and willingness to perform various duties. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen.
Minimum age requirement is 21. Uniform and dress code required.

Must be able to work as part of a team.
Bartending experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred. This is a seasonal position but with year-round employment considerations will be made for the right candidate.
