Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Industrial Sewer to join our afternoon/evening team. In this role, you will operate heavy-duty sewing machines to manufacture high-quality, durable hospital pillows. Your work will directly support healthcare workers and patients who rely on our products daily.
What You’ll Do:
Operate industrial sewing machines (single or double needle) to assemble hospital pillows.

Guide fabric and materials through the machine accurately to ensure strong, clean seams.

Inspect raw materials and finished pillows to meet strict medical-grade quality standards.

Monitor machine performance and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality.
Skills and Experience:
Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to read production orders.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit or stand for long periods, perform repetitive hand/arm movements, and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 20 lbs].
Reliability: Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic for the PM shift. 3:00PM - 11:30PM Monday-Friday with opportunity for OT.
