WORK LOCATION:
- Predominantly virtual, with travel less than 20%.
- Must be willing to travel to Harrisburg and client locations as needed.
- Must be willing to attend in-person meetings scheduled by the RHRC.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification in project management highly preferred.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Planner and MS Project.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn and adhere to, Project Management Institute’s methodology.
- Experience utilizing a CRM is a plus.
- Must have reliable internet.
- Experience managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholders across multiple states.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate stakeholders to complete tasks on time.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams and indirectly managing teams.
- Experience using time management skills to prioritize, organize and track details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Be self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Familiarity with healthcare or rural healthcare a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- b. Leads the coordination of meetings with key project stakeholders.
- c. Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- d. Takes the lead on drafting reports for assigned projects, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- e. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- f. Ensure projects are executed efficiently, meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- g. Keeps the RHRC team and other partners apprised of upcoming deadlines and manages interrelated work streams to keep the project on track.
- h. Attends standing meetings to stay up-to-date on all project work streams.
- i. Regularly updates key project documents to maintain accurate files.
- j. Assists assigned project directors with data collection and management as may be needed.
- k. Utilizes PMO Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, and Required Templates to effectively manage and facilitate all assigned projects.
- l. Helps ensure spirit of collaboration among other service lines in meeting the needs of customers.
2. TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- a. Works closely with other members of the PM team to adopt best practices and standardize Project Management across the organization.
- b. Participates in peer-review activities to ensure PM processes are coordinated and streamlined.
- c. Contributes to the strategic build out and expansion of the PM service line.
- d. Serves as a mentor to PMs and Project Coordinators.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REPORTS TO: PMO Supervisor or Director of Client Services
WORK STATUS: Full-time, 37.5-hour workweek.
SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $115,000, dependent on experience.
