Job Summary
Insurance Benefit Navigators is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Experience Coordinator to join our team.
This is a part-time, in-office position designed for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep a busy office running smoothly.
You do not need to be a licensed insurance agent or have previous insurance experience, although that would be a plus. We're looking for the right personality, work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Position Details
- Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- In-office position in Holiday, FL
- $19–$21/hour, depending on experience
- Insurance license not required
- Potential for increased hours and/or full-time employment as the position and agency continue to grow
Responsibilities
As our Client Experience Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people our clients interact with and will play an important role in creating the friendly, welcoming experience we want every person to have when working with Insurance Benefit Navigators.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Checking clients in for appointments
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Taking accurate messages
- Monitoring and assisting with voicemail
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Preparing client folders and appointment materials
- Assisting with basic data entry and CRM updates
- Maintaining an organized and professional reception area
- Monitoring office supplies and materials
- Helping prepare materials for community events
- Assisting our team with general administrative projects
- Helping keep the day-to-day office organized and running efficiently

Experience
Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, healthcare, insurance, or another professional office environment is helpful but not required.
We're willing to train the right person.
About the Role
This is more than a traditional receptionist position. Our Client Experience Coordinator will become an important part of our team and help support the overall client experience and daily operations of the agency.
As the position develops, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, increase hours, and potentially transition into a full-time role.
