Pacific Reach Management, a sales and development firm, is growing its team and needs an AT&T Enrollment Assistant to help our customers transition to AT&T’s wireless solutions. The AT&T Enrollment Assistant’s sales focus will be on educating customers about the advantages of AT&T’s offerings, while their sales expertise ensures efficient enrollments.
As an AT&T Enrollment Assistant, your training is all about a quick product overview that covers AT&T's wireless plans, device upgrade paths, and the AT&T Guarantee. Then the AT&T Enrollment Assistant will help our customers switch to AT&T's mobility packages. You'll track your enrollment activity and earn for every enrollment you process.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Enrollment Assistant
- Connect with our customers to recommend suitable AT&T plans and assist with their enrollment process.
- Drive sales and enrollment by walking customers through the benefits of new AT&T phones and upgraded data services.
- Provide personalized support to help customers enroll in the best combination of AT&T mobile devices and wireless plans.
- Make the enrollment process seamless by patiently guiding customers through compatibility checks and service activation.
- Boost enrollment numbers by spotting upgrade potential and helping customers switch to improved AT&T mobile and data solutions.
- Support overall sales goals by delivering attentive service that leads to successful AT&T wireless enrollments.
Qualifications of an AT&T Enrollment Assistant
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Interest in sales or enrollment is a plus, but no prior experience is required.
- Reliable and proactive with excellent time-management abilities.
- Ability to build trust and rapport during the sales and enrollment process.
- Solution-oriented mindset when addressing customer enrollment and sales questions.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
