What We're Looking For:
- Education: 4 Year/Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) Certification. Doctorate of Pharmacy, required. PharmD, preferred.

Experience: Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy, required.

Licensure/Certification:
- Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required.

Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification or other approved certification must be obtained and continuously maintained within 2 years of start date as applicable to the role; excludes PRN team members who may not be eligible to take certification exam, required.

Additional skills required: Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed. Ability to work as part of a high performing, change ready and resilient team.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with physicians and providers to care for clinic patients

Work closely with providers to develop appropriate treatment plans

Manage ongoing medication dosing and patient monitoring

Follow institutional medication management goals (e.g., medication evaluations and reconciliation)

Educate staff on updated guidelines and best practices for this patient population

Help manage medication-related toxicities and adverse effects for clinic patients
- Must be a registered Pharmacist and licensed CPP in the state of NC within 1 year of hire
