We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Clinical Manager that over sees daily clinical operations of our home health agency. This role ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards, and provides leadership and guidance to clinical staff.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Duties
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Manage clinical staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical operations and patient services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Assisting in documentation QA
Skills
- Proven experience in medical management or healthcare management is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of ACHC standards and other regulatory requirements in home healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse licensed by the state.
- 2 years nursing experience in home health
- Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
