About the Automotive Glass Technician
- We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Technician to join our team in Danvers, MA!
- If you have experience and a passion for automotive repair or autobody work, you are encouraged to apply.

- Precision, safety awareness, and excellent customer service are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Remove, prepare, and install windshields, door glass, and back glass safely and efficiently.
- Work in both shop and mobile installation environments.
- Utilize ADAS recalibration techniques (training provided).
- Follow all company and OSHA safety standards and policies.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional interaction.
- Handle paperwork in an organized and precise manner.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in auto repair, auto body or a related field.
- Operate hand tools safely and competently.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
