Position Summary
The Construction Coordinator supports the successful execution of client delivery projects by coordinating daily project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role applies NASI PMO standards and methodologies to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about improving processes, supporting technical teams, and strengthening project performance.
Position Details:
Hourly position based upon experience & skill level
Contract with possible contract extension or hire
Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am up 5:30pm (as needed after hours/weekends)
Location: Onsite - Client site in Bowling Green, OH 43402

Understands telecom infrastructure: structured cabling, rack and stack, ISP/OSP, new builds, retrofits, data center (strongly preferred)
Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3-5 years of construction coordination experience, preferably within the telecom services industry.

Understanding project management methodologies, standards, and documentation practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including requirements of documentation and issue troubleshooting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build strong working relationships across project teams, stakeholders, management, and vendors.

Experience working with Union crews preferred
