Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Skilled Nursing Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining services . In this vital role, you will oversee daily food service operations within our skilled nursing facility, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will foster a positive dining experience while managing meal service, inventory, and compliance with health regulations.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of dining room operations, including food preparation, serving, and cleanup
- Train and mentor dining staff to uphold service excellence and safety standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring food quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedure
- Proven experience in food service management within healthcare, hospitality, or restaurant environments
- Strong background in dining room management in a skilled environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in providing specialized nursing meal service
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and budget management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse resident needs
- Previous experience in managing hospitality teams or restaurant management roles preferred.

Pay: $16.60 - $20.25 per hour
