Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and data lists to generate interest and schedule appointments
- Engage with customers professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including scheduling details and client preferences, using our CRM systems
- Follow up with leads via email or phone to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize client engagement opportunities
- Manage data entry tasks accurately, updating client information promptly in databases
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, clarifying details, and ensuring a positive experience for all prospects
Skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences effectively
- Strong sales aptitude with a passion for engaging potential clients and building relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Experience in outbound calling or call center environments is preferred but not required
- Ability to analyze caller needs quickly and respond appropriately to foster trust and interest
