experienceexperienceDitta Door & Hardware is looking for a Commercial Door & Hardware Project Manager to work in our Jonesboro office.
This is an office-based commercial construction position responsible for managing assigned door, frame, hardware, and specialty projects from start to finish. This person will coordinate project details, order materials, track job status, prepare billing information, communicate with contractors and vendors, and keep management updated on project progress. Willing to train someone with construction and computer experience.
The person hired will be responsible for keeping their assigned projects organized, accurate, and moving forward while working closely with management.
Commercial construction, estimating, blueprint, door, frame, hardware, Division 8, or project coordination experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned commercial door, frame, hardware, and specialty projects
- Review plans, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements
- Prepare estimates, quotes, submittals, and change orders
- Order materials and track delivery dates
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, customers, and installation crews
- Track project status, missing information, approvals, and job updates
- Prepare billing information and keep project records accurate
- Report project updates to the owner, division manager, and senior project manager
- Follow up until each project is completed and closed out
Preferred Experience
- Commercial construction experience
- Project coordination, assistant project management, or estimating experience
- Ability to read or learn construction plans and specifications
- Door, frame, hardware, Division 8, or specialty product knowledge
- Strong computer skills
- Good communication, organization, and follow-through

We need someone who can take responsibility for assigned projects, keep accurate records, follow up on open items, and communicate project status clearly. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Pay
Pay depends on experience. Higher pay may be considered for someone with direct commercial door, frame, hardware, estimating, Division 8, or project management experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday
In person at our Jonesboro office

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
