We're searching for a strategic leader who understands how every marketing channel works together to create a predictable pipeline of qualified homeowners. You'll oversee digital marketing, traditional advertising, community outreach, face-to-face marketing, lead generation, and our call center while building a world-class customer acquisition system.

What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy.
Build a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads.
Oversee all marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
Lead digital, traditional, and grassroots marketing initiatives.
Manage agency and vendor relationships.
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Collaborate with the sales, operations, and executive leadership teams.
Create dashboards to track marketing performance daily.
Optimize every stage of the customer acquisition journey.
Continuously test new marketing channels and innovative growth strategies.
Build systems that allow the company to scale efficiently.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has 5+ years of marketing leadership experience.
Has managed multi-channel marketing budgets.
Has experience in home improvement, home services, retail, or direct-to-consumer industries (preferred).
Understands digital marketing platforms and analytics.
Can lead both creative and analytical initiatives.
Is passionate about coaching and developing people.
Makes decisions based on data.
Brings energy, creativity, accountability, and ownership.
Enjoys building systems that scale.
Is highly organized and execution-focused.
