Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, providing personalized consultations on Medicare and other health insurance plans
- Utilize negotiation skills to tailor insurance packages that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional client communication and customer service throughout the sales process
- Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups
- Conduct analysis of client requirements to recommend suitable benefits administration options, including health, life, and property casualty insurance
- Stay informed on industry updates, insurance regulation changes, and product knowledge related to health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance products
- Promote the benefits of various insurance plans through retail sales strategies, emphasizing the value of coverage options for diverse client needs
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex insurance concepts in both Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of health insurance, Medicare plans, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is highly desirable
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on client engagement and benefits administration processes
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields such as health insurance or benefits consulting is preferred

Pay: $30,085.38 - $86,812.49 per year
