Join the team at La Plaza Colorado, a lively indoor marketplace home to 30+ food vendors and restaurants, local shops, an arcade, an indoor playground, and community events year-round. We're hiring a Playground & Arcade Team Member to keep our guests safe, happy, and having fun.
What you'll do
- Greet guests and deliver top-notch customer service
- Handle playground admissions
- Sell and reload arcade cards through our POS system
- Keep a close eye on kids in the playground to ensure safe use of equipment
- Help guests cash in arcade points for prizes
- Maintain a clean, stocked, organized arcade, playground, and prize area
- Support day-to-day operations and answer guest questions
What you'll need
- Bilingual — English and Spanish (required)
- Prior cash handling and POS experience (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual — consistent, on-time attendance is a must
- Comfortable balancing a cash drawer accurately at shift's end
- Eager to learn and take on new tasks
- Able to stay calm and multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys working around kids and families
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Hours & pay
- Part-time, roughly 20 hrs/week
- Afternoon shifts from approximately 3pm to 9pm on Thursday and Friday
- Morning shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm
- Weekly pay
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability needed
