Retail Sales Manager – Walmart & Grocery Accounts
Location: Houston, TX
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $900 per week (base salary) + New Account Bonuses

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to help expand our presence in Walmart and other grocery and retail accounts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing new business, building long-term customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the retail industry.
What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new retail and supermarket accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with store managers and decision-makers.
- Introduce and sell our product line to new and existing customers.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked in stores.
- Visit accounts regularly to maximize sales opportunities.
- Grow existing accounts through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Meet sales goals and contribute to the company's continued expansion.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in outside sales or retail sales.
- Previous experience working with supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, or wholesale distributors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
