Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative/Customer Service to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, multilingual abilities, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and post-sale process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate quality or service issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through CRM tools, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry research.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present quotations, follow up on proposals, and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately document customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Create, process, and manage customer purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor order progress from entry through delivery, coordinating with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Provide customers with proactive updates regarding order status, shipping information, and any changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred).
- Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating market data and customer needs.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and sales automation tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse audiences.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or B2B sales.
Pay: $20-$23 + commission
