We are seeking a dependable Bilingual Spanish Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery, following production procedures, and working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Spanish bilingual skills are required to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to company procedures.
- Set up machines, load materials, and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report problems to supervisors.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with material handling and production support tasks.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking team members and leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with manufacturing equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Quality inspection experience.
- Forklift or material handling experience is a plus.
