Job Description:
Location: UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Therapeutic Day School, 43 E. Stevenson Drive, Glendale Heights, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30a-4p; Hours may be flexible
Position will provide coverage for staff during vacations and leaves
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials, and other written communications as required.
Routes written communications as appropriate.
Communicates with others in person, via telephone, and email.
Receives and screens visitors and handles general inquiries.
Assists with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs, and special events.
Establishes and maintains filing systems.
Orders and stocks supplies.
Enters information from various sources into computer databases.
Verifies data entered into the computer by checking printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Coordinates communication between staff, students, and external parties.
Operates company vehicle as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
