Location: North Atlanta premier university research campus, Decatur, GA & Surrounding area (Non-Smoking/Vaping facilities)
Starting compensation: $25/hr (with ample growth opportunity).
Job Duties: Work alone and/or alongside a small team of painters, handymen, carpenters, and landscapers. Job examples include primarily painting & minor drywall repairs, framing, concrete, landscaping, gardening, pest control, basic carpentry, welding, minor electrical and plumbing, etc. Part time or full time position available. Full time is a 40 hour/week, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm (30 minute lunch is on the clock so you're paid for that time). PTO (Paid time off) and a fuel/vehicle stipend is included. Extra hours and weekends are available upon request.
Job Requirements:
Applicant must have:
*A valid U.S driver's license
*Own reliable transportation
*Ability to read, write and speak professionally.
*Strong work ethic, professional appearance, positive attitude and the ability to work well with a small team of carpenters.
