You Will...
- Welcome and engage guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Educate guests about and enroll them in our luxury membership programs
- Safely and efficiently load vehicles using clear hand signals and a positive attitude
- Ensure every guest receives a thorough, enjoyable car wash experience
- Conduct preventative maintenance according to schedule
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs when needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the site, including landscaping and vacuum stations
- Ensure all vacuums and equipment are fully functional
- Assist with opening and closing the site
- Support daily operations and provide coaching, training, and motivation for team members
- Help the team achieve sales goals and high service standards
- Ensure paperwork and operational reports are completed accurately and on time
You Have...
- At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Car Wash experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail-style environment
- Car wash experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude with a team-first mindset
