Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical systems on production machinery

Performing planned preventive maintenance on schedule and with precision

Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and machine manuals

Collaborating with operators to identify recurring issues and get ahead of them

Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and work orders

Supporting continuous improvement efforts on the floor
Job Qualifications:
-
5+ years of hands-on electromechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and control systems

Comfort with both the mechanical and electrical side — you're not a one-trick tech

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

A track record of diagnosing problems methodically, not just swapping parts

Reliable, punctual, and accountable — you show up and you follow through
