Duties
- Safely operate and drive the food truck to various locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of menu items with precision and flair, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage food handling procedures in accordance with safety regulations to ensure cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination.
- Maintain inventory levels, restock supplies, and handle food storage properly to minimize waste.
- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations diligently during food preparation and service.
Qualifications
Strong kitchen skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, knife skills, and meal assembly.
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely over long distances and navigate various routes confidently.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
- Drives trucks to specified daily locations
keeps management informed of area activities and any significant problems.
Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with procedures.
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas at the beginning and end of service.
