[What You’ll Do]
- Guest Service: Provide warm and attentive service—greeting, seating, taking orders, and busing tables.
- Barista Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages using professional equipment.
- Daily Operations: Efficiently operate the POS system, coordinate with the kitchen (BOH), and handle opening/closing duties.
- Professionalism: Handle special requests and resolve guest concerns with a positive attitude.
