Job Responsibilities:

Forecast and meet daily, monthly, and annual retail unit sales in new & used vehicle departments.

Maximize profitability within sales department to ensure profit objectives are met on a monthly and annual basis.

Determine supply needed for new and used vehicles and manage inventory accordingly.

Review and monitor local market conditions, demographics, and sales history to create and implement short term and long-term advertising plans.

Hire, train, supervise, and motivate sales team, build morale and coach when needed.

Budget, manage, and monitor all department expenditures.

Address and resolve customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Lead by example by demonstrating family values, honesty, and delivering a superior customer experience, every time.
Job Requirements:
-
2+ years experience as an Automotive General Sales Manager, preferred
-
5 years supervisory experience in an automotive dealership. required
-
Proven ability to generate revenue and showroom traffic.

Strong communication and relationship building skills.
