We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special education needs
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Conduct assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and events
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Ensure classroom materials and resources are organized and accessible
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Special education or physical education experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education
- Familiarity with daycare or tutoring settings is beneficial
- Passion for child welfare and creating a positive learning environment
- Excellent organizational skills for lesson planning and classroom management
