Overview
Our pediatric dental office is very organized and extremely well-run. We are proud of our reputation for outstanding customer service and exceptional pediatric dental care. We are searching for an RDA that is able to float in the front to help with Treatment Planning and front office duties. FRont Office Candidate must have exceptional communication skills and a warm smile. Dental insurance knowledge and 1 year dental insurance experience is essential for this position.
Qualifications
- Working with insurance companies to verify patient benefits
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Eaglesoft knowledge is a plus
