Duties
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and following up on policy renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process.
- Requirements
- Valid state license as an Insurance Agent or the ability to obtain one prior to employment start date
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within a customer-focused environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and present compelling solutions
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued but not required
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
