Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions focused on behavioral health, child & family counseling, and mental health support
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), tailored to each client’s needs
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to inform treatment planning
- Manage case documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical record standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management and develop comprehensive care plans
- Engage in patient care activities that promote emotional well-being and behavioral improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and behavioral health best practices
Skills
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy methods and child & family counseling strategies
- Experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and diagnostic evaluation processes
- Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to develop personalized treatment plans
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and medical records management
- Effective communication skills for individual and group counseling sessions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple cases efficiently
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health and behavioral health services

Pay: $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
