Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently.
- Assist guests with room assignments, special requests, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle billing inquiries with precision.
- Support night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting at the end of each shift.
- Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations practices.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
