Job Description
Clinical Ink is seeking a Validation Analyst to join our Project Quality team based remotely across the United States! This individual will contribute to developing and overseeing the execution of test scripts for clinical trial software. The Validation Analyst's responsibilities include:
- Develop and oversee the execution of testing scripts
- Ensure the correct functioning of clinical trial software with focus on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data by:
- Ensuring requirements are clear, testable, and consistent with the clinical trial
protocol
- Proofreading requirements for spelling and congruency with clinical trial protocol
- Scripting and/or conducting protocol/project specific testing to ensure fulfillment of study design, build, and implementation requirements
- Documenting testing in accordance with applicable process and procedures
- Executing qualification testing on section build requirements
- Executing qualification testing on form design requirements
- Documenting defects and tracking to resolution
- Verifying approved study-specific configuration settings
- As required, assist with the execution of platform testing
- Provide cross-functional support to Data Quality, as needed, including:
- Verify and validate data reports and exports
- Verify data clarifications
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associates degree or relevant experience
- Strong written/verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with personnel at various levels
- Exceptional computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Detail-oriented and analytical reasoning skills
- Sense of ownership and proactive approach to work
- Effective prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
