Our proprietary AI Voice Assistants answer those calls instantly, qualify the lead, and lock in the booking. We are expanding our sales floor immediately to capture a desperate, high-demand market.
The Role
We are hiring elite outbound hunters. Your sole objective is to get on the phone with local home service contractors (plumbers, roofers, HVAC, electricians), expose the massive revenue leaks in their current setup, and close them on our high-value $1,000 Setup Package.
This is a fast-paced, high-ticket sales role for individuals who thrive on the phones and know how to control a conversation.
Compensation Structure (Uncapped)
- 50% Upfront Commission: You make a clean $500 cash on every single $1,000 setup package you close.
- Paid Weekly: Our operational pipeline tracks sales from Thursday to Wednesday, with direct deposits hitting your account every single Friday. No delays.
- Realistic OTE: $1,500 – $3,500+ / week (Top closers hit 1–2 deals per day easily).
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound dials to warm and cold B2B contractor leads.
- Demonstrate extreme product value by routing live AI assistant demos straight to the prospect’s mobile phone.
- Overcome standard gatekeeper objections and pitch directly to the business owner.
- Manage your pipeline efficiently to hit weekly closing quotas.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (High-ticket B2B, door-to-door, or cellular sales preferred).
- A killer instinct on the phones—you view "No" as the start of the negotiation.
- A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet smartphone workspace.
- Ability to work independently and track metrics meticulously.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
