Large well estabished food manufacturer in Tucker, GA is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team! This position will own the full HR function for a multi-shift manufacturing site and work directly with plant leadership on retention, engagement, and compliance.
Salary range is $110,000–$120,000.

Responsibilities

Serve as an active member of the plant leadership and HR teams, driving both site-level and company-wide HR initiatives

Manage HR support staff and partner with plant management on employee related issues

Investigate employee concerns and complaints and recommend resolutions

Coach and train leaders and provide key HR metrics to support decision-making

Lead recruitment and onboarding to support retention and staffing goals
-
Identify ways to reduce absenteeism and turnover using company data
-
Communicate policies, procedures, and compliance updates to the workforce
-
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment law
-
Oversee workers' compensation, FMLA, and leave of absence administration

Administer performance review programs

Conduct an annual equity audit and keep job descriptions current

Manage the HR department budget

Support the site's food safety and quality programs
Requirements
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
-
5+ years of HR management in a manufacturing environment
-
Experience supporting a multi-shift production facility
-
Working knowledge of federal and state employment law

Experience with HRIS systems
Preferred:
-
PHR or SHRM-CP certification
-
ADP experience
