Homespun Digital is a marketing and technology agency based in Central Florida.
We're hiring a Director of Operations to lead our team, manage VIP relationships, and serve as the company's most senior day-to-day leader. This role reports directly to ownership.
Ideal candidates have marketing agency or MSP experience and are looking to operate and grow an established firm with an existing client base, team, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage our team from hire through fire
- Lead sales conversations from first call through close
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction
- Represent the company online and in the local business community
- Coordinate with vendors and partners
- Report on performance, revenue, and growth to ownership weekly
Requirements
- Experience in marketing agency operations or leadership
- Comfortable building and maintaining a personal brand that represents the company
- Strong client relationship and sales skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across clients and staff
- Direct experience with current marketing technology and digital services

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
