Position Overview:
Faith Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support multiple engineering and consulting projects across the United States. The Project Coordinator serves as an embedded member of project teams, partnering with Project Managers to coordinate schedules, monitor project progress, organize documentation, support financial tracking, facilitate communication, and maintain alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
Project Scheduling & Coordination
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
- Coordinate task assignments, milestone tracking, and dependencies with project stakeholders.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure alignment with client and internal expectations.
- Serve as the go-to liaison between the project team, client representatives, and internal leadership.
- Provide administrative support during construction phases, including tracking RFIs, submittals, and site activities.
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action logs, decision logs, and status reports.
Financial Controls
- Track project financial performance using Unanet and support forecasting, invoicing, and reporting activities.
- Support monthly billing and reporting processes by providing accurate, up-to-date data to project managers.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized project documentation libraries and ensure consistency across deliverables.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and project status reports.
- Utilize collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, OneNote, and MS Teams for communication and coordination.
Quality & Risk Management
- Help ensure compliance with internal QA/QC protocols across all documentation and deliverables.
- Monitor risk indicators and work with the project team to mitigate issues as they arise.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project controls, or project management support roles, a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree
- Associates Degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field is required
- Bachelors Degree, preferred
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or similar is a plus
- Working experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & SharePoint, required
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Projects, Unanet, & Miro is a plus
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communicators who enjoy working in teams
- Proactive problem-solvers who anticipate needs before they become issues
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
- Self-motivated and able to work in a remote environment
Salary:
$65,000-$85,000: exact salary is dependent on skill set, experience, education, location etc.
