Activity Aide

Concordia at SpiriTrust-Sprenkle Drive is looking for a compassionate and energetic Activity Aide to join our team in York, PA!
Full & Part-time positions available!

What You’ll Do as an Activity Aide:
- Plan and lead group and individual activities for residents
- Encourage participation in games, music, crafts, exercise, and social events
- Assist with seasonal celebrations, decorating, and special events
- Document attendance and participation for care plan compliance
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
Qualifications of an Activity Aide:
- High school diploma or GED
- Compassionate and positive attitude
- Experience in long-term care activities preferred & activity certification a plus!
- Must be able to work every other weekend and some holidays
