Resource Specialist needed for a workforce development program in Detroit. Responsible for assisting program participants, answering phones, ensuring computers are functioning properly and conducts orientation sessions regarding program services. Multi-tasking ability is necessary. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Workforce Development is preferred. Must have a positive attitude, professional presentation and enjoy working with the public. High School Diploma and experience in related field.
