Job Description
A high-producing St. Louis real estate team is seeking motivated, licensed real estate agents to work a consistent flow of online buyer and seller leads generated through Zillow.
- How is this different from a traditional Zillow team? A Realtor may join the team as a buyers agent or simply work independantly of the team and utilize the Zillow leads as a supplement to their individual business. Many options to apply for.
This opportunity is ideal for agents who are ready to grow their production without spending all their time and money trying to generate their own leads. Our team provides the lead opportunities, technology, systems, training, and support. You provide the responsiveness, follow-up, professionalism, and drive needed to convert those opportunities into clients and closed transactions.
Successful candidates must be comfortable responding quickly to new inquiries, following a proven lead-conversion process, and maintaining consistent communication with prospective clients.

Responsibilities
- Respond immediately to new Zillow inquiries
- Contact and qualify prospective buyers and sellers
- Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Assist buyers with financing preparation and lender connections
- Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements
- Guide clients through inspections, appraisals, and closing
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the team’s CRM
- Follow the team’s lead-conversion and follow-up systems
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching activities
- Deliver a professional and responsive client experience
Qualifications
- Active Missouri real estate license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to respond quickly to online leads
- Willingness to make calls and follow up consistently
- Comfortable communicating by telephone, text, email, and video
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when clients require assistance
- Commitment to ethical and professional real estate practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous residential real estate sales experience
- Experience working with Zillow or other online real estate leads
- Proven ability to convert internet leads into appointments and clients
- Knowledge of the St. Louis metropolitan real estate market
- Experience working as part of a real estate team
Previous online-lead experience is helpful but not required for candidates who are licensed, highly motivated, coachable, and committed to following the team’s systems.

Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor position. Compensation is earned through successfully closed real estate transactions and is subject to the team’s commission agreement.
Individual earnings will vary based on availability, responsiveness, lead conversion, market conditions, and personal production. Motivated agents who consistently follow the team’s systems may have the potential to earn $100,000 or more annually.
Schedule
Real estate clients often require assistance outside traditional business hours. Agents must be available to respond to leads and accommodate client appointments during some evenings and weekends.
