Optical Department
Our Optical team helps patients achieve their best vision through exceptional customer service, eyewear fitting, and support of the eye care process. This department plays an important role in helping patients select and receive eyewear that meets their vision needs and lifestyle.
Typical roles may include:
- Opticians
- Optical Sales Associates
Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
- Measuring and fitting eyeglasses
- Educating patients about lens options and products
- Verifying prescriptions and preparing eyewear orders
- Adjusting, repairing, and dispensing eyewear
- Processing optical orders and maintaining inventory
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience
