Job Summary
Eyring Movers is seeking Professional Packers to join our team. As a Professional Packer, you’ll help make moving day easier for our customers by carefully packing, organizing, protecting, and unpacking their belongings. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing quality work.
You will use professional packing techniques to ensure everything from everyday household items to furniture and fragile belongings is handled with care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service as you pack, handle, and move customers’ possessions as if they were your own.
- Greet each customer upon arrival at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises.
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Safely and efficiently pack household and commercial items using approved packing materials and techniques.
- Carefully load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Protect furniture, fragile items, and valuables to prevent damage during transport.
- Label boxes clearly and accurately to support organized loading and unpacking.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area at job sites.
- Adhere to safety procedures and proper lifting techniques at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service as you pack, handle, and move customers’ possessions as if they were your own.
- Carefully load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Greet each customer upon arrival at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises.
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Drive/operate company trucks/equipment safely.
- Complete truck inspections and inventory moving equipment.
- Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and dependability
- Ability to repeatedly lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing, crouching, kneeling, and bending
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay: $18.00 per hour
