Responsibilities
- Prepare baked goods, pastries, cakes, and other confections according to established recipes and standards
- Decorate cakes and desserts with precision, creativity, and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Follow recipe instructions meticulously to ensure consistency in product quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry arts within a commercial kitchen or bakery environment
- Strong cake decorating skills with an eye for detail and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Culinary experience demonstrating proficiency in baking, pastry preparation, and food handling techniques
- Ability to maintain a clean workspace consistently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Time availability for production of baked goods and decorating of baked goods.
