As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to help expand our presence throughout the greater Seattle area. What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development (Approximately 75%)
- Lead sales efforts targeting insurance partners, dealerships, fleet managers, and commercial accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
- Track performance in our CRM and deliver regular reports to leadership.
Brand Development & Market Engagement (Approximately 25%)
- Make in-person visits to prospects, existing customers, and former customers to maintain visibility and create new opportunities.
- Represent the brand at networking and engagement events.
- Create and manage social media content that promotes our services, partnerships, and company culture.
- Utilize promotions, incentives, and relationship-building initiatives to strengthen existing partnerships and establish new ones.
- Engage prospects and partners through phone, email, text, and social media outreach.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Confidence using phone, email, text messaging, and social media as business development tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and basic social media marketing.
- Clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the Seattle area with occasional travel to other markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive, insurance, dealership, or related industry experience.
- Existing professional relationships within the Seattle market.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
