We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, personable individual to serve as a personal assistant and help with a variety of everyday personal and household tasks.
A private room in a guest house on the property may be available for the right candidate. This is a comfortable living arrangement that could be especially appealing to someone who would appreciate housing in addition to employment.
About the Position
This is a flexible position of approximately 25–30 hours per week, with a variety of responsibilities. Previous experience is not necessary. We are primarily looking for someone who is dependable, responsible, organized, has good judgment, and is willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Run errands and handle personal shopping
- Grocery shopping
- Provide transportation to appointments, restaurants, shopping, and other activities
- Walk and care for dogs
- Do laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting clothes away
- Light housekeeping and household organization
- Manage a calendar and appointments
- Assist with email, correspondence, and phone calls
- Pick up prescriptions and other items
- Help with miscellaneous personal and household tasks
Ideal Candidate

- Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable driving
- Comfortable around dogs
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and calendar applications
- Respectful of privacy and confidentiality
- Willing to learn — experience is not required
Background & Driving Requirements
A background check and driving-record check will be conducted as part of the hiring process. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Compensation & Schedule
$25–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and responsibilities.
Approximately 25–30 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling.
Housing: A private room in a guest house on the property may be available for the right candidate. Details of the living arrangement can be discussed during the interview.
