About the Role:
We are looking for hands-on, highly motivated Station Operations Specialists to join our team. This role oversees daily warehouse and transportation operations, manages delivery partner relationships, and optimizes station logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- DSP Management: Onboard, negotiate contracts, and build strong partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
- Operational Support: Provide daily support to DSPs to resolve delivery bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Delivery Performance: Track package status, ensure high on-time delivery rates, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure DSPs follow company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
- Process Optimization: Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvements across station processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, or vendor/DSP management.
- Shift Flexibility: Able to work operational shift schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Key Skills: Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Systems & Tools: Knowledge of logistics tools (WMS, TMS, ERP/AS400) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a bonus

与DSP进行合同及服务价格谈判，确保获得高性价比的优质配送服务。
为DSP提供日常运营支持，解决问题，保障配送流程顺畅。
监控包裹配送状态，确保信息准确追踪与准时送达。
及时处理配送相关问题，以维持高水平的客户满意度。
分析运营绩效数据，识别流程改进机会。
确保DSP遵守公司政策、合同约定及行业标准。
与内部团队协作，共同制定并协调一致的配送策略。
【任职要求】
普通话与英语流利。
具备物流运营、供应商管理或相关领域经验（有DSP合作经验者优先）。
出色的谈判、沟通及解决问题能力。
能在快节奏环境中有效管理多项任务并确定优先顺序。
熟悉物流系统及行业法规者优先。
物流、供应链管理、数据分析、工程或相关专业教育背景者优先。
