We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role requires a blend of personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Lift and transfer clients safely when necessary, using proper techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Stay informed about the needs of clients, adapting care strategies as required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
- A compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Reliable transportation is preferred for travel between client homes.
