Overview
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate who can also handle driving duties. You will manage inventory, pack orders, and ensure our warehouse stays organized. Additionally, you will use a company vehicle with a utility trailer to pick up essential supplies and make urgent "hot shot" deliveries to our clients or field teams in Louisiana and Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log incoming warehouse inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments to vessels.
- Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Maintain the building exterior, including parking lot upkeep, mowing grass, and weed control.
- Pick up supplies from local vendors and distributors.
- Load, unload, and properly strap cargo for safe transit.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
Other Requirements
- Must pass physical and drug test
- Subject to random drug testing
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
